[En-Nut-Discussion] ethernut 3 / nutos 4.11 / make failed

Just installed 4.1.1 fresh off the CD included with the Ethernut 3.0
When trying to build Nut/OS, make barfs immediately with :

 >15:55:43: ----- Running 'make clean' -----
 >makefile:20: C:/ethernut-4.1.1/nut/Makedefs.Select: No such file or 
directory
 >makefile:20: one: No such file or directory

What's happening here ?
