Thorsten,

Please make sure you didn't mismatch the installation paths.
After upgrading, the Configurator still loads the old
repository and sets all those old paths.

Check your Configurator Settings. After correcting them
reload the .conf file again and then build Nut/OS and
re-create the sample directory.
