Dear Fellow Nutters,

I am attempting to instrument the async interrupt code for a CAN128 build of
nutos 4.1.9.

I have changed the declarations for AvrUart1RxIrqCtl() and friends to extern,
generated header files, defined NUT_PERFMON and rebuilt.

The app links OK but doesn't see any activity on the interrupt counters.  Any
ideas?  Are the sig_UART0_RECV and like actually used for certain?
