Darek,

When developing with the RTL8019AS, have you had any problems with the NIC?

I'm trying to create a system with an RTL8019AS, and have a problem of
the Link LED not illuminating when the cable plugs in. I can receive
data when packets are sent less than 50 milliseconds apart.

The same software works fine when plugged into a dev kit board. It's
only when we plug it into the our prototypes that the problem occurs.
That being said, I've checked most of the connections by hand for
continuity and voltage.

Have you ever had a similar problem? Any suggestions? Are there chip
clips or other tools available to diagnose the RTL8019AS individually?

Thanks!
