[En-Nut-Discussion] SP-Duo Bootloader fail?

My SP-Duo is now blinking red, according to the documentation on the  
embedded creations website, this means "bootloader fail" and to "use  
update software to reprogram"  unfortunately i'm clueless as to how  
to do this because the documentation also says

"The upgrade feature is not supported, upgrade software will be  
available on the SP Duo website when new firmware is released. "

Has anyone come across this before? do you have a solution i can try?
