[En-Nut-Discussion] Error compiling Ethernut-4.2.1 on OSX

Hi,

Normaly the build process expects them in the same directory as the
compiler lives. For me it's /usr/avr/include

When building avr-libc you could configure your own prefix

./configure --prefix=/usr
