Hi Harald!

Yes, I used either the binaries from the nut\bin\at91 directory or the one
from the nut\bin\at91r40xx directory, whatever existed in the respective
Nut/OS dir tree.

Interesting. Did you try one of the pre-compiled binaries in 
nut/bin/at91r40xx?
