Sorry, I dont have an Ethernut 2, but I see no problem setting up this
configuration. You simply may _never_ change the bank.

Looking at the memory map show the following:

0x1100 - 0x7FFF Fixed External RAM 
0x8000 - 0xBFFF Banked External RAM, 30 pages, 16k each

In this case you could simply add 0x8000 to 0xBFFF to your heap.

Sorry, I don't use ICC so I can't help you with setting this up.
