[En-Nut-Discussion] What parms for the Parallel programmer

My problem is my parallel programmer which came with my Ethernut kit is not
working. In the past I did not have to change JP4 and the programming LED
came on when the Mega128 was being programmed and it was fast. Now I can
program the chip but it does not work nearly as well. I either have to
remove JP4 and pull the programmer plug out or just wait a long time. This
can get old fast.

Also not sure how the bios should be set for the Parallel port.

Can anyone help me with my parms they are close but clearly not perfect.
Regards
Tim C

TESTING ENVIROMENT:
Old Ethernut 1.3d kit with a parallel programmer.
Nut/OS v4.4.1 with WinAVR 2007/12/21

AVRDUDE RESULTS:

@avrdude -p m128 -P lpt1 -c pony-stk200 -V -U flash:w:uart.hex

With JP4 open I get the response:
-----------------------
avrdude: AVR device not responding
avrdude: initialization failed, rc=-1
-----------------------
but with JP4 closed it programs the chip!

So what I am stuck on here is that pony-stk200 should ground pin 3 and allow
the programming to happen but avrdude does not. I also tried -c stk200 with
the same result
