[En-Nut-Discussion] What parms for the Parallel programmer?

In addition I wanted to add the results of running uisp:
UISP RESULTS:

@uisp -dprog=stk200 -dlpt=0x378 -dt_sck=9 --erase --upload --verify
if=uart.hex

This works!  but is VERY SLOW. The rs232d example takes 70 seconds, uart 25
seconds!  and the reason is because of -dt_sck=9.  If I do not add this parm
I start getting programming errors.

uisp grounds pin3 and lights the programming LED so it seems my hardware is
working. No turning off the Ethernut and changing jumpers or unplugging the
programmer.
