Hi Thiago!

Please comment any commits to nut/os in the nut/os ChangeLog file.  
This helps people to get a better picture of changes in nut/os quicker.
The ChangeLog can contain longer text than the CVS commit message and  
it should explain major changes to the system and the reason behind if  
it's not obvious.
I've added a template for your commit yesterday.

Also, if possible, please commit small changes, e.g. the first the  
refactoring of the NutThreadCreate and then the NutHeapRealloc  
changes. :)
