i use the same files but i use only make install and burn it with turtelizer
1  with

jtagomat -aCOM1 -DDEVICE=0x1F0F0F0F
-DIMAGE=c:/ethernut-4.4.0/nutapp/npl30e/npl3
0e.bin BATCH at91-upl.jom RAM
that works.

Nice to hear that it will work with turtelizer II in future.
