I have tried sending this message to the discussion list a number of times but it keeps getting bounced. What is wrong with it that causes it to bounce each time? I am not trying to spam the list I simply want some help.

I ordered another board this morning so I will have another to work on if mine is now dead. Could you please help me post my request or help me with my problem?
   Kevin.

>I have somehow locked my board. I have been wiring it for various interfaces and reprogramming it with the SPI-Duo 2 for over a year with no problems. Last night I rewired it for an LCD interface and wanted to flash my code to see if it would work. However, I got this error:
>Getting isp parameter.. SD=0x98
>ISP frequency must be 5 kHz or above when programming EEPROM or FLASH!

>I have the Ethernut board Rev 1.3H and use AVR Studio 4.13.571 sp2 to assemble my code. Once it has assembled I click on the AVR button to get to my SPI-Duo 2. There is always a popup window which asks me to downgrade but I hit cancel to get to the programmer. Then I click button Input HEX file in the Flash area and enter the path to my hex file.

>Upon further inspection I find the following:
>Under the Main tab - Programming Mode and Target Settings I find the ISP frequency is locked at 1.005 kHz. When I click the settings button I get to some other choices. I choose one and click write. The number changes but later I find it has reset to 1.005 kHz all by itself.
