[En-Nut-Discussion] Compile errors under Debian Lenny AMD64

Hi Harald,
fixed the Makefile Tuesday evening, and after this everything works.
Unfortunately I am using Debian Lenny, where my Wx is too old and my lua
to new. It took a while to setup the correct environment.
But now I think I am ready to run :)
