You have several options, none easy.
1 - add a display to show the ip-address
2 - let the ethernut post its internal ip-address/serialnumber to your website and let the user look
it up there.
3 - use a fixed ip-address and let the user add that ip/subnet to their network
I face the same challenges, I chose option (1) for now.
