[En-Nut-Discussion] TCP FFlush slow on Ethernut 3

addendum

looking in deep i see that there is always the first fflush with 8 ms then
the second with 2ms and so on.
2 timers (50/100 ms) i use have no influence on that. Behaviour is allways
the same equal i switch them on or off.
