If you want to copy the board layout, use the CAD files from
http://www.ethernut.de/de/download.html
You can view them with the Freeware version of Eagle.
Btw. if you want to sell the boards commercially, this is no problem.
However, you should use a different board name. Ethernut is a registered
trademark of egnite. This does not apply for private or educational use,
of course.
