[En-Nut-Discussion] Using SVN commit

Hi guys!

If anyone is committing to the sourceforge SVN of nutos or EIR, please 
don't forget a comment about what you did. Even if it is only a 
copy-n-paste from the changelog, it will help to keep up without having 
to do a diff. If it is related to a ticket of the tracker, include the 
ticket number at the beginning.

If someone forgot, please leave a message to me or the other admins, we 
can fix a missing comment.

For anyone who uses windows and likes to have a regularly updated 
overview, what happened on Nut/OS, install Commit Monitor from the 
Tortoise Tools.
