AFAIK production will start soon. Harald can tell you more.
We have ported Linux to it and also offer commercial Linux support. You
can download our free Ethernut5 Board support package here (sorry,
currently just in german):
http://www.embedded-it.de/ethernut/ethernut5linux.php
http://www.embedded-it.de/ethernut/embeddedsystems.php
For the development we had a Ethernut5 prototype. So there might be some
more tweeks needed. An update to Linux 2.6.31 as well as an uboot update
will be supplied soon.
The BSP contains the Angström Linux distribution which is based on the
OpenEmbedded Build System. You'll find everything you need in the bsp
package. Sooner or later we will develop an own ready to use Linux
distribution. The time frame is depending on our customers requests.
Best regards,
Ole Reinhardt
