It's 100% worked , I'd made my custom Ethernut 1.3g compatible board with
ATmega128A and it worked
ATmegaxxA series is enhanced version of all AVR mega family which support
both TTL and CMOS voltages at up to 16MHz frequency so its replacement for
both normal and L types AVR's
