[En-Nut-Discussion] ethernut board 3.1 LCD support

Ah, by the way...

a 4x40 LCD based on HD44780 an compatibles has two Enable lines. The 
driver actually not prepared for this. But I have some of these displays 
too, so I keep an eye on that.
