[En-Nut-Discussion] Ethernet try permanently to reconnect

Hey all,
at the first try to install the Ethernet 3.0 board I hit on a problem...
After configure BootMon I connect the ethernetcable with the board an my
pc. And after that the connection via ethernet permanently try to
reconnect. Permanently I can see "active" -> "cable unpluged" ->
"active" and so on.
I' ve tried without auto-transmissin rate but without success. Also I'
ve tried another PC with the same symptom.
Did anybody know where the problem is?
