[En-Nut-Discussion] Missing TWI Functions TwMasterRegRead and TwMasterRegWrite in NutOs 4.8.9

Hello Ulrich,
We use a lot of IIC-Bus function. If you don't mind it would be great to submit the complete header with both functions. Can you do this please? The functions itselfs are already available.
