[En-Nut-Discussion] Missing TWI Functions TwMasterRegRead and TwMasterRegWrite in NutOs 4.8.9

Hi!

Ok, I checked the actual trunk and found the register access TWI functions.

In nut/include/dev/twif.h all needed functions headers are in.

But the naming was changed compared to my original implementation. I
can't remeber when I did that as the project was cancelled a year ago.

TwRegRead() and TwRegWrite() are available for AT91 and Cortex but not
fo the other architectures.

I used these functions a lot so I expect them to work flawlessly.

So just
#include <dev/twif.h>

and be happy :)
