sorry , before I got this problem, the board has been sent out to my friend.
and I didn't save the output message. sorry!
I just replace with ATMEGA128-16AU, and then, it work properly.
Basemon and testrtl all try with both type MEGA128, even MEGA128L on
7.3728M. only ATMGA128-16AU work.
I will test it again in a few days.
btw, I order 5 PCB from a manufacturer. and I have only one. but it has
big problem, and I am tring resolve it.
it use ATMEGA128-16AU.
Tera term's output below:
BaseMon 4.2.0
Nut/OS 4.8.9.0
Compiled by AVRGCC for ATmega128
Baudrate select = 23
External RAM Test... 28416 bytes
Banked RAM Test... none
Serial FLASH... 0 bytes
Detecting NIC... RTL8019AS
Testing NIC... OK
I/O Port Test... OK
Press any of the following keys:
B - Send broadcasts
E - Ethernet controller read/write
J - Jump to bootloader
S - SRAM read/write
X - Exit BaseMon, configure network and start WebServer
you can see, all is ok. I can send broadcasts, but when I choice X, and
after I setup the network, the webserver can't start.
I want to know, what output can give when I do SRAM read/write test?
I also burn other example such as httpd, it can not output any message on
Tera term.
