[En-Nut-Discussion] SPI bus MMC driver with gpio based card detect / write protect support

Hi all,

just for info:

I added a new glue-logic MMC driver to use with SPI busses. You'll find
it in nut/dev/spi_mmc_gpio.c

It's based on Haralds NPL mmc bus driver (spi_mmc_npl.c) but implements
GPIO based card detect and write protec detection.

It's configurable (SPI clock speed, chip select as and GPIO pins for CD
and WP) through the configurator.

The device struct is devSpiMmcGpio and the device name MMC0
