[En-Nut-Discussion] Lost Configuration Options in AT91?

Hi all,

I actually try to track some Problems and features that where discussed
/ requested in here. As some of them touch AT91 architecture, I
downloaded a fresh trunk version and compiled qnutconf.

Opening qnutconf with the config file for AT91SAM7X-EK now shows all
supported devices of this chip in Architecture/ARM but most of the
configuration options are missing.

Example: the USART has a lot of optional features that could be compiled
in but non of it is available in qnutconfig.

Hardware handshake support, Modem control whatever.
All the #define tokens are still in the code so no one might be able to
activate them.

What has happened?
