[En-Nut-Discussion] Qt based nut discovery tool

Hi,

    I've checked in to svn a Qt based nutdisc, in a folder called
qnutdisc. I thought it would be nice to not have to depend on
wxWindows. I've had this tool made quite a while ago for our company,
I didn't do much besides adding the copyright notices and translating
the strings from Portuguese to English. If there are strings in
Portuguese that I've missed please let me know :)
