As far as I remember, the latest winsock doesn't support local
broadcasts via 255.255.255.255. So I added a configuration dialog to
choose the broadcast address. As a side effect, this also allows to
select the target network.

Note, that it is not only the IP address. In the BSD API it is required
to explicitly enable broadcasts for the specific UDP socket. Not sure,
if this can be done in Qt without modifying the QUdpSocket class.
