Sorry, I did not yet check the sample building. Will check this asap. I
changed the config scripts a little.

Ok. I did not have a AVR32 toolchain until now, but I'm installig it
right now :)

Ah ok, atmega103 is not AVR_EXTENDED, right? Will check this. I might
have missed this.

We did not change anything there.

I just did several build tests :) There have been much more problems.
I would really appreciate if someone could also do functional tests
beside the pure compile tests, as I might have broken some code,
especially the Ethernet drivers and TWI drivers.
