[En-Nut-Discussion] Any cheap LPC17 platform

Hello,

as a short test on the LPC17 board could bring some insight about the LPC
DWT_CYCCNT behaviour, I think about a small LPC17 board. STM32
boards start in the sub 20 Euro range. OM11043 - KIT MBED
PROTOTYPING BOARD is more than twice that range. 

Other recommendations?
