Hi Markus,

As Ulrich just mentioned, a little internal SRAM will help. Then you can
use the RAM test functions from nut/gorp/memtest/*.c

Just configure and enable the RAM, but do not att it (yet) to the Nut/OS
heap. Then give the base address and size to the RAM test functions.

If everything wents fine you can use NutHeapAdd();
