As Uwe just mentioned, in general it should be possible, but:

- You have quite limited, ram, right? I think the ATMega1284 has 16K?
  That not "too much".

- The ENC28J60 is not yet supported by Nut/OS. So you would have to
  port and hopefully contribute the driver :)
