I'd like to report 3 files missing in windows installer: 
nut/Makedefs.cm3-gcc, nut/Makerules.cm3-gcc, nut/Makevars.cm3-gcc
(windows installer downloaded from: 
http://www.ethernut.de/en/download/index.html, ethernut-5.1.0.exe).
