Well, I did some few tests with the usps_f205c and steval_pcc010v2 after
porting to F2. I think, I fixed all issues I saw.

SVN Head. I have F3 patches pending.

I had the EMAC on the steval_pcc010v2 running. It was mostly a thing to add
the so long unhandled phy chip.
