[En-Nut-Discussion] NutMicroDelay for AVR fails on small values

Hi,

I tried NutMicroDelay on a 16MHz ATmega128. While NutMicroDelay(100)
seems to work well, NutMicroDelay(10) creates a much larger delay.

Uwe, from the history I can see that you did the latest fixes here. If
your time allows, may be you can check this.

avr-libc is 1.6.7, but I think I a saw similar problem with 1.7.0 too.
