 I will take a look into that. I haven't used network with ethernut
and AVR32 for a while, mostly using other devices without network
interface such as the UC3L family.

My killer arguments for Git:

- bisect (also applies to Mercurial)
When you need it, it's really helpfull. Have used it at least 3 times
with hard to find (regression) bugs.

 - Gerrit (mentioned earlier, unfurtunally only for Git).
Peer reviewing code produces much better code by far. Even for
experienced developers.
