Sorry, I do not have a mmnet104 board and therefor can not test it.

Please first try to use a simple program, like the UART example and then
later try out larger programs as well.

First question would be: Have you configured your Nut/OS for the right
board? How do you upload it? Have you veryfied the flash content and are
the fuse settings of the AVR correct?
