I gave a try to the following

* Ethernut 1.3 Rev-H
* SVN trunk r5601
* Config with nutconf 3.0.2 and ethernut13h.conf from trunk
* avr-gcc (GCC) 4.7.2 (WIN32) from MHV AVR Tools

Compiling nutapp/httpd produces a few warnings

httpserv.c: In function 'ShowSockets':
httpserv.c:321:5: warning: excess elements in array initializer [enabled
by default]
httpserv.c:321:5: warning: (near initialization for 'sock_states')
[enabled by default]

The binary works immediately without any problem.
