Yes, I used Rev-H with R7 still in place and R37 not stuffed. This
requires, that A13 and A14 are used for EEPROM emulation.

This had been introduced in Rev-G. Previous revisions used a pull-up, so
the EEPROM always appears with all bits set. This made it impossible to
enable half-duplex mode.

How can I? It's a static function. But the .init1 segment is 0x44 + 0x04
bytes in size. Looks like FakeNicEeprom is included.
