[En-Nut-Discussion] EVK1100 Timing Problem

Hi,

I use the Revision U.
It´s a pretty new Board, I wonder why it takes so long to boot now... 
I think the uC is waiting for an Overflow and by deleting
"Get_system_register(AVR32_COUNT)" it takes a lot more time to reach the
Interrupt.

Its like Daniel wrote: now the timing seems correct but the long bootup is a
no-go for an industrial application....
