Hi,

Paul Fertser, very active on the OpenOCD List and lurking on blackmagic,
confirmed that no (RT)OS support is needed for GDB thread support. The
debugger needs to know the structure of the thread relevant structure at
compile time and starts by looking up the list of threads, probably in our
case nutThreadList and then following the structures.

So there is no problem with licenses, only that somebody needs to implement
things...
