[En-Nut-Discussion] eboot problems

Hi 
We have been noticing some strange problems with
eboot. Some boards don't seem to want to program
correctly, we have tracked this down to eboot not
programming one area of flash (about 256 bytes)
Programing that same chip using AVRISP is fine.
We double chekced the eboot code and we can't see
anything wrong with it, what is even stranger is that
this only happens on about 5% of boards.

Any one else seen this ?
