About US$15.43 at www.digikey.com for 100 price break.  About $2-$4 more
than the Mega128.  That's about 20% more cost for a lot more powerfull
uC.  Caught the eye of our electronics engineer some month back.
Sounded good to me.

As far as I know this is a two die chip. Might be expensive.

Be aware that most of the onboard LANs are MAC only, no PHY.
