OKI has been using the ARM core since 1995 for their specific printer chips. 
As Harald mention, some of these chips were also available to the open market.
I looked at OKI some years ago, but the chips were too restricted.

Today, it's definitely a different story. OKI seems to have a large selection of 
general purpose CPU's, which a visit to www.okisemi.com will show.
