Do you mean the uisp.exe in tools/win32? Does it work the same way as the
sk500.exe? I mean, changing the link in ICCAVR, it will work?

As we say in Germany: "Sometimes you can't see the forest because of all the
trees."
The one in the Ethernut Distribution (tools/win32) works here.
