[En-Nut-Discussion] Req: Disable the USB Receiver

Sorry for another last minute request:

The USB Pullup need (as in the AT91SAM datasheet) needs to be disable, as
long as USB is not configured. Otherwise the conected host will continously
try to enumerate the device and will spawn tons of error.
