Hi,
For some months ago i have also searched for a solution to port SSL to the Ethernut.
I have found two libraries especially for embedded systems. The first one is axTLS (http://axtls.cerocclub.com.au/) available under LPGL and the second one MatrixSSL (http://www.matrixssl.com/) (dual licensed GPL / buy version for closed source applications)
I've played a little bit with axTLS, it compiles already but some memory problems crashed the ethernut if I used the library within an application.
Sadly i was engaged in other topics, to investigate this further. Despite from that i'm not sure if the ethernut is fast enough to provide an acceptable SSL speed.
But it is definately an important feature which hopefully would be realized.
Maybe someone was more succesful?
Cheers Julian

Betreff: [En-Nut-Discussion] Secure connection for Ethernut
Hi all,
Has anyone ported / developed secure connection code for Nut/OS, eg
SSL, SFTP etc?
Has anyone looked at http://www.yassl.com as I am thinking about
porting it to create a secure conenction from my Ethernut 3 to my
server (unless someone knows of some simpler code / method)?
Cheers Douglas.
