[En-Nut-Discussion] AT91SAM9G45-EKES

Hi All!

After some playing with the AT91SAM9260 and Ethernut I now switched to
the new AT91SAM9G45. I received the AT91SAM9G45-EKES development board
from Atmel and just getting Ethernut to run...
If there is intrest I could soon commit some new code for this MCU. At
least I've got it running in some parts already. Networking, UARTs and
display are already working. Some startup code is relying on u-boot
initialization... There is a lot more to do ;)
It's really impressive to see Ethernut booting compared to WinCE or
Linux, which is too slow for my application.
