Of course this won't help, as Ulrich pointed out.

You changed

   #define NUT_THREAD_NICRXSTACK   384

to

   #define NUT_THREAD_NICRXSTACK   768

in arch/arm/dev/dem9000e.c?

Then you rebuilt the system and the httpserv binary, right? And the
problem still exists?

Another idea: May be your configuration is corrupted somehow. Can you
please try
